The wig I wanted was sold out. When will it be available again?
If the wig you are looking for is from a "one in a million" collection, unfortunately it will never be available again. Each piece is made from a unique combination of virgin hair and it is impossible to make exactly the same hair mixture because the range of colors and structures of Slavic hair is huge. However, I update the store every month and you may find something similar. I also accept several custom orders per month, so I can try to recreate the model you want.
Why is the offer so small and you only sell a few pieces at a time?
I'm the only one, and creating one wig from A to Z can take up to 100 hours.
What type of hair do you use?
I use proven, our virgin Slavic hair, mainly Polish, which I personally buy from the "owners", but I also cooperate with trusted suppliers who supply me with hair from all over Europe, from which I can create more affordable units.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days to return the purchased goods.

Pack the goods carefully, attach the completed return form and send it by registered mail to the address provided in the form - remember to insure the shipment.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the package sent by you
Do you offer repairs?
With intensive use or improper care, the wig or toupee may require repair in some places, which I can do for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that I only repair wigs and toupees from La Louve.
What type of shampoo should I use?
I recommend using a professional shampoo, which you can get at your hairdresser, and choosing one that is designed for your wig's hair type. For example, naturally curly hair will require special care to maintain its beauty.
Do you use the so-called Remy's hair?
Yes. I only use virgin hair. We collect ponytails directly from the person, which means we are 100% sure that all the hairs go in the same direction. We only collect healthy, undyed hair to give you the most luxurious experience in the world.
Can I dye, curl or straighten the hair of my wig and topper?
Of course, treat them like your own hair. And remember about thermal protection <3
