§ 1

  1. The Distributor ensures good quality of products made of natural hair, in accordance with the adopted standard, and provides a warranty for the above products under the conditions specified in the warranty below.
  2. The Distributor is the exclusive owner of the LA LOUVE brand and the products bearing it covered by this warranty.
  3. Liability under the warranty covers only defects resulting from reasons inherent in the subject of sale.
  4. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage.
  5. In any case, the warranty is excluded if the Customer uses the product not in accordance with its intended use or instructions, including improper care, improper storage, improper styling or coloring, and subjects the product to extreme temperatures and other weather conditions. .
  6. The warranty for the sold product does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Customer - Consumer resulting from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
  7. Customer - Consumer may exercise rights due to non-compliance of the sold item with the contract regardless of the rights arising from the warranty. The exercise of warranty rights does not affect the Distributor's liability for non-compliance of the sold item with the contract. However, if the Customer exercises the rights under the warranty, the deadline for exercising the rights due to the non-compliance of the sold item with the contract is suspended on the date of notifying the Distributor about the defect. This period continues from the date of the Guarantor's refusal to perform the obligations arising from the warranty or the ineffective lapse of time for their performance.

§ 2

Warranty period for products made of

  1. natural hair is 6 months;

- the above deadline is counted from the date of purchase of the selected product.

§ 3

  1. Warranty complaints can be made electronically to the following email address: jardindelalouve@gmail.com
  2. The condition for considering a complaint is to deliver the product to the Distributor/Guarantor together with a completely completed warranty card (available for download here ) and the product to which the complaint relates. However, the product must be washed each time before shipping, otherwise the complaint will be rejected.

    § 4

  1. The customer can choose how to handle the complaint with the following reservations.
  2. The Guarantor reserves the right to independently choose how to handle the complaint by (1) repair - restoring the product to usability, (2) replacing the product with a new one, (3) others agreed with the Customer.

    § 5

  1. The Guarantor will respond to the Customer's request immediately, no later than within 14 days. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, unless the Customer provides another method.
  2. The Guarantor stipulates that the repair of a product made of natural hair may take up to 90 business days, counted from the positive consideration of the complaint.

    § 6

In matters not regulated by these warranty conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
